Flower Calendar

Have a look below to see which British blooms are available throughout the year. These are either cut from my own flower patches or sourced from local growers. During the winter months flowers can be sourced from further a field so notice is needed.

Spring

Early spring : narcissus, tulips, Daphne, anenome, cyclamen hyacinth, crocus, grape hyacinth, fritallaria, cowslip, bluebells, iris, hellebores, camellias ….not to mention all the blossoms! Later to perform includes peonies, aquilegia, alliums, lilac and ranunculus.

Summer

Cosmos, sweet williams, antirrhinum, nigella, cornflower, astrantia, tanacetum, foxgloves, corncockle, zinnia, eryngium, scabious, phlox, stocks, calendula, roses, dahlias, sunflowers….the list is endless!

Autumn

Cosmos, dahlias, sunflowers, hydrangea, asters, crocosmia, rudbeckia, zinnias, helichrysum, Japanese anemone, roses….all sorts of herbs, varied grasses and seedheads.

Winter

Snowdrops, cyclamen, pansies, violas, winter jasmine, heather, winter honeysuckle, witch hazel, hellebores, winter flowering clematis, paper whites, evergreen foliage, berries and catkins.
