Ordering & Delivery

I can deliver free of charge to a 5 mile radius from Stroud. I can also deliver up to a ten mile radius of Stroud for a flat rate of £6.

Please advise of delivery date, full name and address of recipient and any message you would like on the card. Please help us out by providing directions for hard to find addresses. A telephone number of the customer is very helpful when placing an order.

Everlasting wreaths & meadow rings can be posted around the UK for a flat postal charge of £8.

Floral discretion

As I am small independent grower and florist, availability of certain flowers can vary and be dependent on many factors including the British climate . The floral calendar section of this website gives a guide as to what is likely to be available and when. Whilst I can work to a general colour scheme, I cannot always promise specific flowers and no two bouquets will be the same.

Notice

As I am not a shop, I do not carry vast quantities of stock so at least three days notice is required for bouquets. I will need at least a weeks notice for flowers for funerals. I will do my very best to accommodate timing requests but if this is not possible I will advise of this on ordering.

Flower care

Sustainability is key to the ethos of Meadowsweet Floristry. This means bouquets are not delivered in water (although they will have been cut very recently). If the recipient is unable to receive the delivery, we advise a bucket of water is left out in a shaded, safe area. Alternatively a mason jar can be purchased for them to be delivered in. Meadowsweet Floristry cannot accept any responsibility for flowers that have been left out of water. A note on care of fresh flowers is provided with delivery, this will ensure your flowers live their longest life. Flowers are cut as close to delivery as possible and Meadowsweet Floristry cannot be held responsible for durability of flowers.

Payment

At present payments are made via BACS. After your order is placed, you will receive an invoice with payment details. Deliveries will be made on receipt of payment.
